KindraIQ is currently operated by an individual based in Singapore ("we", "us", "the Operator") rather than a registered company. References to "KindraIQ" in these Terms of Service ("Terms") mean the Operator trading as KindraIQ. By creating an account or otherwise using KindraIQ, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own KindraIQ account. If you are under 13, you may not self-register — a parent, guardian, or school must create and manage the account on your behalf.
When using KindraIQ, you agree that you will not:
Lessons, quiz questions, and AI Teacher chat responses are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for educational support only. AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, is not a substitute for qualified teaching, and KindraIQ does not guarantee any particular exam result, grade, or learning outcome.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN or password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. KindraIQ may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.
KindraIQ is currently free to use. Payment plans are coming soon — this section will be updated with full pricing, billing, and refund details before any payment is introduced.
KindraIQ's software, lessons, quizzes, and branding are proprietary to KindraIQ. Content that a student creates while using KindraIQ, such as written answers or saved work, remains the student's own.
KindraIQ is operated by an individual, not a company. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability to you arising from your use of KindraIQ is limited, and the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, where the Operator is based, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live — including the UK GDPR, Singapore's PDPA, or India's DPDP Act 2023 — which continue to apply where local law requires it.
We may update these Terms from time to time as KindraIQ evolves. Continuing to use KindraIQ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
